摘要
目的建立银黄注射液的指纹图谱。方法使用ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱,流动相:乙睛-0.1%磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为318nm,流速为1.00mL·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果利用2004年A版《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》计算软件生成银黄注射液指纹图谱,确定12个共有峰,各峰分离度良好,符合指纹图谱检测要求。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,为评价银黄注射液质量提供依据。
Objective To study and establish the fingerprint chromatogram of Yinhuang Injecton.Methods Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 at 25℃ was used.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid with gradient elution.The detection wavelength was at 318nm.The flow rates was 1.00mL·min-1.Results The standard fingerprints of Yinhuang Injection was originated from the similarity evaluation for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(Version 2004 A),and 12 common peaks existed in the fingerprint. Conclusions The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control method for Yinhuang Injection.
