摘要
以两年实生长柄扁桃的新梢为材料,采用人工接种发根土壤杆菌的方法研究了长柄扁桃对根癌病的抗性及其分离情况。结果表明:长柄扁桃在接种后70 d时平均瘤径为3.27 mm,为中度抗病类型,实生长柄扁桃对发根土壤杆菌的抗性存在显著分离现象,其实生群体中存在高度抗病、中度抗病和中度感病3种抗病类型,分别占39.32%,42.69%和8.98%,是优异的抗根癌病植物种质资源。
The resistance to crown gall disease and segregation of Purunus pedunculata was studied using new shoots and evaluated for their reaction to A.rhizogenes with the artificial inoculation.The results showed that Purunus pedunculatawas excellent germplasm resources resist to crown gall disease.The mean diameter of tumor was 3.27 mm at 70 days after inoculation.Highly resistant,moderately resistant and moderately susceptible were found in Purunus pedunculata and its percentage were 39.32%,42.69% and 8.98%, respectively. To crown gall disease, Purunus pedunculata had the moderately resistant and obviously resistant segregation.
