摘要
目的:研究中药细辛含药血清对大鼠心肌细胞钠通道的影响,从离子通道水平揭示细辛抗缓慢型心律失常作用的可能机制。方法:用原代培养方法获得单个心肌细胞,用全细胞膜片钳技术记录心肌细胞加入含药血清前后钠通道电流的变化。结果:25%细辛含药血清对钠通道的激活曲线、I-V曲线均有影响。结论:细辛含药血清对心肌细胞钠通道电流有增强作用。
Objective： To study the influence of traditional Chinese herb in serum on Na^ ＋ transporter in cardiac myocyte in rats,in an attempt to explore the mechanism for the anti-slow arrhythmia effect of asarum heterotropoids. Methods.Cardiac myocyte was isolated by primary culture. Electric current of Na^ ＋ transporter in cardiac myoeyte was recorded before and after the treatment of serum containing 25% asarum heterotropoids. Results：Asarum heterotropoids-contained serum affected the activation curve of Na^ ＋ transporter and I-V curve. Conclusion ： Asarum heterotropoids-eontained serum could intensify the electric current of Na^ ＋ transporter in cardiac myocyte.
