摘要
目的:探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心力衰竭中医证候的相关因素。方法:回顾性分析本院心内科2007年1月—2013年1月收治的90例冠心病心力衰竭患者临床资料,开展临床流行病学横断面调查,对各项相关因素涉及数据予以Logistic回归分析。结果:阴虚证、阳虚证两种证型与女性呈正相关;气滞证、阳虚证与年龄呈正相关;热证、阴虚证、水停证、阳虚证、痰浊证与心功能分级呈正相关;热证及水停证与伴随脑血管意外呈正相关。结论:冠心病心力衰竭临床诊疗工作应重点结合患者性别、年龄、心功能分级和合并症特点开展。
Objective： To explore the related factors of TCM syndrome of heart failure due to coronary heart disease. Methods： The clinical data of ninety patients with heart failure due to coronary heart disease treated in the cardiology department of the hospital from January of 2007 to January of 2013 were analyzed to develop clinical epidemiological cross-sectional study by using logistic regression analysis to all the relevant factors relating to data. Results： Yin deficiency and yang deficiency syndromes were positively correlated with female; Qi stagnation,and yang deficiency syndromes were positively correlated with age; Heat syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,water retention syndrome,yang deficiency syndrome and turbid phlegm were positively correlated with cardiac function classification; Heat syndrome and water retention syndrome were positively correlated with cerebrovascular accident. Conclusion： The clinical diagnosis and treatment of heart failure due to coronary heart disease should focus on patients＇ gender,age,cardiac function and complication characteristics.
