摘要
目的分析2008年芜湖市手足口病流行病学特征,为控制手足口病提供科学依据。方法收集整理芜湖市2008年全市各级各类医疗机构报告的手足口病报告卡信息及RT-PCR实验室检测结果,应用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果2008年芜湖市手足口病报告发病率为55.63/10万,无死亡病例,其中男822例,女460例,男女之比为1.79：1。全市7个县区均有手足口病病例报告。县区之间报告发病率差异有统计学意义（2χ=8.63,P〈0.01）。5～8月和10～12月为报告发病高峰。病例年龄分布以小年龄组为主,5岁以下儿童报告发病1124例,占总病例数的87.68%。检测81份样本,EV71阳性率为9.88%。结论手足口病的发生有明显的年龄、性别、季节和地区差异。对5岁以下年龄组人群应加强手足口病监测工作,同时加强实验室检测。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristic of hand - foot - mouth disease （ HFMD ） in Wuhu, and provide scientific evidence for controlling and preventing measures. Methods Collected the data of hand, foot and mouth disease in Wuhu in 2008 and analyzed the data by descriptive epidemiology method. Some patients were diagnosed through RT -PCR. Results The incidence of hand, foot and mouth disease was 55.63/100000 in Wuhu in 2008. No deaths occurred. 412 male cases, 276 female cases were reported. The ratio between male and female was 1.79： 1. The peak of hand, foot and mouth disease was from May to August and from October to December. Most cases occured in Jiujiang District, the rate was 73.33/100000. The least cases occurred in Nanling County, the rate was 37.39/100000. There were significant differences of the HFMD incidences among the counties and districts （X^2 = 8.63 ,P 〈 0. 01 ）. 87.68% cases were less than 5 years old. The youngest was 3 months, the oldest was 38 years. 81 specimens were detected. The positive rate of EV71 was 9.88%. Conclusion Incidence were different among sexes, seasons, ages and places. HFMD surveillance should be strengthened for less than 5years old children. Pathogen detection should be enhanced.
