摘要
为了科学地评价新型雷达装备战斗力,根据新型雷达装备形成战斗力的特点,构建了新型雷达装备战斗力评价指标体系.基于模糊数学理论,研究了模糊系统评价的可行性,给出了模糊系统的评价步骤,并结合某型新型雷达装备进行了系统评价.
In order to evaluate scientifically the battle effectiveness of new-type radar equipment its evaluation index system was set up in terms of its characteristics formed, and then the feasibility of fuzzy system evaluation was studied based on the theory of fuzzy maths, finally the evaluation steps of the fuzzy system were given. The system evaluation was provided over a certain new-type radar equipment.
