摘要
采取水溶液聚合的方法,研制了油田上一种注酸时稠化能力强、返排时黏度低的新型酸液稠化剂,选用丙烯酰胺(AM)作为主单体,与阴离子单体2-甲基-2-丙烯酰胺基丙磺酸(AMPS)、阳离子单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化胺(DMDAAC)、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯(PEGDA)为扩链剂,合成了两性三元共聚物.研究结果表明,溶液中总单体质量分数为25%,引发剂质量分数为0.10%,pH值为8时,在40~50℃反应8h可以得到特性黏数120MPa·s的共聚物.通过红外光谱研究了共聚物的分子结构.
Copolymers are synthesized from acrylamide(AM),2-acryamido-2-methylpropane sulfate acid(AMPS) and dimethyl-dially-ammoniumchloride(DMDAAC)by means of aqueous solution polymerization.Polyethylene glycol diacrylate ester(PEGDA)is used as chain extender.The research results show that when the total concent-ration of monomer is 25 % ,the conentration of initiator is 0.10 % ,pH value is alkalescence,reacting in the tempe-rature of 40 ℃ for 8 hours then can receive the copolymer which viscosity is 120 MPa·s.The results show that the terpolymer synthesized under above conditions have high viscosity, good high-temperature stability, and good shea- ring resistance.
