摘要
将带有乳化作用的磺酸离子基团及反应活性烯键的可共聚单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)用于甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)超声无皂乳液聚合体系,在不加引发剂和乳化剂的条件下合成P(AMPS-MMA)共聚乳胶粒子,对乳胶粒结构、大小、微观形态及乳液的稳定性能进行了研究,并对聚合反应机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明,通过AMPS的引入,可获得粒径为0.93μm左右、分布较窄的乳胶粒子,AMPS在聚合过程中起到了引发和稳定的作用。
Using 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) as a kind of copolymerizable monomer containing the reactive vinyl bond and sulforous group. A copolymer of MMA and AMPS was synthesized via ultrasonic irradiation emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization without initiator and emulsifier. The structure,particle size and microscopic morphology of the latexes as well as the stability of the emulsion were investigated. The reaction mechanism of ultrasonic emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization was also studied. The results show that with the addition of AMPS, the diameter and have a narrower particle size distribution, and AMPS latex particles are about 0. 93 μm in acts as an initiator and stabilizer in the reaction system.
