摘要
利用离子型小分子亲水单体和非离子型大分子亲水单体与两亲性单体共同参与共聚的无皂乳液聚合,制备了高固含、稳定的苯-丙乳液。讨论了功能性单体的类型、用量,投料方式对共聚速率及乳液稳定性的影响。提出了无皂乳液聚合新机理。
High solid content and stable soap-free emulsion of styrene (St) and butylacrylate (BA) was prepared in the presence of ionic hydrophilic monomer, nonionic hydrophilic macromolecule and amphiphilic monomer. The effects of the concentration, types and feeding mode of functional comonomers on the stability of the soap-free latexes were investigated, and the hydrophilic comonomer's effects on the rate of copolymerization were also discussed. We brought forward a new nucleation and particle formation mechanism for this system.
