摘要 为使半导体激光器输出的波长稳定,必须对其进行高精度的恒温控制。设计一种基于DSP(数字信号处理)的高精度恒温控制系统,利用24位高精度的A/D转换器将模拟的温度信号转化成数字信号,经DSP处理,以PWM(脉宽调制)方式驱动全桥电路,用电流控制热电制冷器的输出温度。使工作温度稳定在±0.1℃以内。 To wavelength of semiconductor laser s output stable,it must be controlled in high-precision temperature.A high-precision temperature control system was designed based on DSP(Digital signal processing).Using analog signals to Digital signals converter of 24 bit,analog temperature signal transformed into a digital signal.By signal processing,DSP takes PWM(pulse width modulation)mode to urge H bridge type circuit.Thermoelectric cooler control temperature by current.Make temperature be within ± 0.1 ℃.
