摘要
针对10kV供电用户高压计量柜中电压互感器(PT)故障给计量装置和计费带来的重大危害和损失,重点讨论了在10配电网中性点不接地系统中导致电压互感器故障的各种原因,并对各种解决方法进行利弊分析,提出有效的改进措施。
Aiming at the huge harms and losses on the metering devices and its accounting caused by the malfunction of voltage transformer in high-voltage metering cabicle for 10kV power users,this thesis mainly studies various reasons of the malfunction of voltage transformer caused by the isolated neutral system in 10kV distribution network,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of all solutions,putting forward the relevant effective innovative approaches.
