摘要
新生始业教育是高校人才培养的重要环节。高职院校与本科院校相比,由于人才培养方式、人才培养目标的差异性,因此其始业教育的内容、形式、手段等具有一定的特色,其培养形式要体现校企合作,内容要以就业为导向,体现职业性,手段更具实践性。
Freshmen s orientation education is one of the most important phases in college talent training.As higher vocational colleges differ from undergraduate institutions in the targets and ways of talent training,consequently this education ischaracterized by its content,form and method.The form should reflects cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the content ought to be employment-guided,and its method more practical.degree colleges in the targets and ways of personnel training,and consequently are characteristic in content, form and method of personnel training. Fresh students＇ starting education in vocational colleges is unique in training form for its cooperation with industry, in training content for its employment orientation and in training method for its practice education.
