摘要
目的探讨患者气管插管后一种快速、安全、简捷、效率高的胃管置入方法。减少胃管置入时给患者带来的不良反应，提高一次性置管成功率。方法本研究将气管插管患者80例随机为对照组和实验组，对照组为传统留置胃管方法；实验组为鼻咽通气管置入后引导胃管置入法，比较两种方法在胃管置入时不良反应发生率和一次性胃管置入成功率。结果鼻咽通气管置入后引导胃管置入与传统留置胃管方法时不良反应发生率分别为7．5％、67．5％：一次性置入成功率分别为82．5％、27．5％，2组数据有显著性差异（P〈0．001）。结论鼻咽通气管置入后引导胃管置入法，患者不良反应发生率低，安全、简捷，值得同仁参考。
Objective To investigate a fast, safe, simple and effective method of gastric tube insertion in patients with tracheal intubation; reduce the adverse reactions of patients and improve one-time success rate. Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of endotracheal intubation was performed between October 2008 and April 2009 in the ICU of The First Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College. There were randomly divided into two groups： the control group （40 cases） for traditional methods of indwelling stomach tube, and experimental group for the gastric tube insertion guided by the nasopharyngeal duct （40 cases）. The incidence of adverse reactions and one-time success rate of gastric tube insertion were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group and control group were 7.5% and 76.5% respectively; one-time success rate of gastric tube insertion of the experimental group and control group were 82.5% and 27.5% respectively. There was a statistical difference （P〈0.001） between the two methods. Conclusion Nasopharyngeal duct-guided the gastric tube insertion in patients with tracheal intubation is useful and effective method in the emergency treatment.
