摘要
目的探讨标本放置时间与温度对血清血脂测定结果的影响。方法采集25名健康体检者的空腹静脉血,将离心后的血浆和血清分装,分别放置室温22℃、4℃和-20℃,测定不同保存时间的血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的浓度。结果HDL-C 22℃、4℃放置不同时间测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TC、TG和LDL-C 22℃内的检测结果相对稳定,差异无统计学意义。但-20℃保存7 d的标本,除LDL-C外,其他血脂3项均与即刻检测结果有差别。结论室温4℃条件下保存的分离标本在2~4 h内的血脂4项检测结果比较稳定,不会影响研究结果。
Objective To examine the impact of preserving condition (temperature and duration) on lipid con- centration in laboratory assay. Methods Venous blood samples were taken after overnight from 25 volunteers,serum lipids(including TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C) were measured by autobiochemistry analyzer. Venous plasmas and serums from the subjects were preserved at room temperature (22 ℃),4℃ and -20 ℃ respectively for various duration to measure the concentration of glucose and lipids. Results There was no significant difference in HDL-C at 22 ℃ and 4℃ within different durations. TC,TG and LDL-C were steady under the room temperature in 2 hours and at 4 ℃ in 4 hours. Except for LDL-C,there were different results under -20℃ after 7 days,compared with the instant results. Conclusion The test results of TC and TG at different durations will not be affected when the specimens of venous blood are preserved under 4℃ or -20℃.
