摘要
头孢菌素酰化酶是一类可以催化头孢菌素C(CPC)和戊二酰-7-氨基头孢烷酸(GL-7ACA)生成7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA)的抗生素工业用酶。后者是工业半合成生产头孢类抗生菌素所需的重要前体。综述了该酶的分布、酶学特性、克隆和表达、分离纯化及固定化等方面的研究进展,并展望了其应用前景。
Cephalosporin acylase, a kind of important antibiotic industrial enzyme, can catalyse cephalosporin C ( CPC ) or glutaryl 7- aminocephalo-sporanic acid (GL-7-ACA) to synthesis 7-amino cephalosporanic acid (7-ACA) directly. Research progress on cephalosporin acylase including the enzymatic resource, characteristic, cloning and expression of enzyme genes, separation and purification, immobilization of enzymes were introduced, and finally the further appilication prospect on cephalosporin acylase were also proposed.
