在室温下,果实用0.07mm厚的密闭PEA和硅窗PE袋包装贮藏,可以有效地延缓果实的后熟过程、降低损耗率。贮藏120天,果实仍有良好的光泽,硬度和风味。无低浓度O_2和高浓度CO_2伤害,自然损耗明显低于对照.
The experiment showed that Fuji apple,packed in close or silastic window PE bag with 00.7mm thickness, could delay the process of latter ripeness and cut down the rate of loss weight under conditions of nomal atmospheric temperature. A fruit could still keep good in colour, firmness and taste, without harm of concentration of low O_2 and high CO_2after 120-days torage. A nature loss was lower than that of control.
