摘要
通过阐述包括中国在内核电法规标准基础结构、美国和法国核电法规标准的体系结构,分析三国核电法规标准的结构特点,指出核电法规标准所必须遵循的共同原则和各自所拥有的基本特色,由此,明确中国核电法规标准建设的正确发展途径,推动中国核电事业发展。
The basic organizations and architectures of standards of nuclear power laws and regulations of China, America and France are demonstrated, and their characteristics are analyzed. The common principles they must abide by and the individually owned features are concluded. The right developing ways are determined for the construction of China＇s nuclear power laws and regulations, so as to promote the development of China＇s nuclear power cause.
