摘要
为持续提高安全水平,定期安全审查(PSR)已在国际范围内得到了广泛的重视并加以实施。法国的PSR实践具有其独特性。本文主要介绍了法国PSR的实施方法,主要实践,并着重对VD3-900的具体工作进行了说明。同时本文还简要介绍了PSR国际范围的实践。
Periodic safety review(PSR)is implemented for nuclear power plants in the world in order to improve the safety level continuously. The practice of PSR in France is very distinctive. This paper main- ly introduces French practice and the project of VD3-900, including the approach, the history, the achievement and the current situation of PSR. In the paper the practices of PSR in other countries are presented briefly.
