宝钢连铸机结晶器振动步进液压缸修复和测试技术 被引量:4

摘要 宝钢炼钢厂2#连铸机投产后进行了一次技术改造,技术改造以结晶器液压振动技术取代了原来的机械振动技术。本文分析了振动油缸的工作原理以及修复和测试技术,结合现场实际使用情况对油缸的修复质量进行了客观评价,开创了国内冶金行业自行修复和测试振动步进液压缸的先例。 Steelmaking plant No.2 continuous caster of Baosteel conducted a technological transformation after being put into operation.In this innovation,the mould hydraulic vibration technology was substituted for the original mechanical vibration one.The working principle and the repair and testing techniques of the vibration cylinder were analyzed.And,based on the actual use on site,an objective evaluation of the repair quality for the vibration stepping cylinder was given.At the same time,a precedent of self-repair and testing of the vibration stepping cylinder was set in the domestic metallurgical industry.
