摘要
目的分析来自临床的365株铜绿假单胞菌的来源分布及其耐药情况,为临床预防感染提供科学合理的用药方案。方法对临床科室的送检标本进行细菌培养,采用法国生物梅里埃公司API微生物鉴定系统及K-B法进行药敏试验。结果铜绿假单胞菌对头孢噻肟的耐药率大于71%,与相关文献相一致,在敏感性方面,以头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南的敏感性为最高。结论在临床感染中,铜绿假单胞菌占有十分重要的地位,其耐药性的产生与抗生素的使用以及使用时间有一定关系,如何合理应用抗生素,降低铜绿假单胞菌在临床中的感染,是目前临床急需高度重视与解决的现实问题。
Objective To analyze the source and the drug resistance of 365 strains of P. arerugimosa which cause clinical infection,and offer basic data for the prevention of clinical infection and the reasonable use of drugs. Methods Collect all kinds of clinical specimens, which are used for growth of the culture, and identify the sensitivity by API system and K-B method. Results The resistant rates of P. aeruginosa to CTX is higher than 71 %,and the resistant rate to CPE/TA,IMP is the lowest. Conclusion P. aeruginosa plays a vital role in clinical infection,and its single and multi-resistance of antibiotics are very clear. So,how to use antibiotic drugs reasonabally to reduce the effection caused by P. aeruginosain in clinic becomes more and more important at present.
