摘要
高校是国家科教创新体系中的重要组成部分,是培养和造就高素质创造性人才的摇篮。培养创新人才,高校必须实现自身人才培养模式的创新,实现管理手段的创新,实现教育观念与理念的创新。培养创新人才的五项策略为:尊重规律,科学发展是前提;自主创新,领军人才是关键;人才培养,创新团队是载体;志同道合,合作创新是源泉;创新教育,机制创新是保障。
Higher education plays a very important role in production of innovative talents, who are urgently demanded for construction of an innovative country. In this paper, we discuss how to improve the ability of colleges and universities to innovate by strategic thinking from five key aspects including teachers, teams, university administration system as well as specific methods.
