摘要 以近20年来日本推进产学研合作创新的系列法律政策为对象,分析各项法律政策的制定背景、主要内容特点及战略意义。在梳理日本国家创新系统的演进历程基础上,深入揭示日本通过系统地制订国家法律推进产学研合作创新的内在机理、具体效果及存在的问题,为我国建设创新型国家实践提供重要理论支撑和国际经验借鉴。
