摘要
目的:了解鸟纲蜗管听毛细胞突触的超微结构。方法:应用透射电镜对成年鸡蜗管听毛细胞的突触进行观察。结果:发现高毛细胞与传入神经末梢有着更频繁的联系,高毛细胞底部可见突触前小体;矮毛细胞与传出神经末梢有着更频繁的联系,矮毛细胞底部可见突触下池。结论:鸟纲蜗管高、矮听毛细胞可能分别相当于哺乳纲耳蜗的内。
Objective:To understand the ultrastructure of the synapses of the auditory hair cells in avian cochlea.Methods:Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the ultrastructure of the synapses of the auditory hair cells in chicken cochlea.Results:The tall hair cells contacted with afferent nerves more frequently than short hair cells,synapse balls lay on the bases of the tall hair cells,short hair cells contacted with efferent nerves more frequently than tall hair cells, subsynapse cisterns lay on the bases of the short hair cells.Conclusion:The tall and the short auditory hair cells of the avian cochlea may serve as the inner and the outer hair cells of the mammalian cochlea respectively.
