摘要
内毒素(endotoxin,ET)有很强的细胞毒作用,引起发热、白细胞骤降及内毒素血症等,最终可因内毒素休克死亡。本研究以内毒素致鲎试剂凝固法和家兔升温法检测了人参提取液对内毒素结构的直接破坏作用,通过兔和小白鼠检测了人参抗内毒素致热、抗白细胞骤降和抗休克死亡作用。结果表明,人参提取液对内毒素结构的直接破坏作用不明显,但对其引发的致热、白细胞骤降及休克死亡有较强的拮抗和防护效果。认为人参抗内毒素作用是“适应原”样中药通过对机体反应的影响、改变机体应激状态、提高机体对各种有害刺激的防御能力实现的。首次证实了人参具有抗内毒素作用,对了解中药抗内毒素作用机理、筛选新型抗内毒素类药物、提高内毒素引发疾病的治疗水平有一定意义。
Endotoxin has a strong cytotoxic action which can cause fever,rapid leukopenia,sepsis, shock and even death. By taking Limulus lysate test and rabbit body temperature measurement,we have studied the destruction of the extraction from panax ginseng to endotoxin and using rabbits and rats, we have tested the actions of panax ginseng resistant to endotoxin on antifever, antileukopenia and antishock. The results showed that the destruction is not significantand the resistant actions are posltive. We suppose that the mechanism is that panax ginseng canalter body response level and improve the capability of protection from different harmful irritation. This study has firstly confirmed the resistant actions of panax ginseng to endotoxin,whichhas such values as to understand the mechanism of traditional medicine resistant to endotoxinthose disease caused by endotoxin.
