摘要
黄酮类化合物具有广谱的药理活性和较低毒性,为了开发阳桃(Averrhoa carambola Linn)中黄酮类化合物的药用价值,本研究以阳桃为材料,采取有机溶剂提取与大孔树脂纯化的方法,对阳桃中的黄酮类化合物的提取与纯化工艺进行了研究。结果表明:以50%乙醇为提取液,料液比为1∶10,80℃下提取2.5h,黄酮的提取效果最好,黄酮得率可达2.82%;最佳的纯化工艺为采用AB-8大孔树脂,样品上样浓度为1.0mg·mL-1,pH值为4.1,上样流速为1.5mL·min-1,洗脱液流速为1.5mL·min-1,洗脱液为50%乙醇,洗脱液量为2.4倍柱体积。
Flavonoids have broad spectrum pharmacological activity and low toxicity.In order to develop medicinal value of flavonoids in Carambola,we studied the extraction and purification of flavonoids in Carambola with organic solvents and Macroporous resin.The optimum conditions of extraction and purification were as follows： the concentration of ethanol 50%,the ratio of feedstock and solvent 1：10 at the temperature of 80℃ for 2.5h,AB-8 Macroporous resin,the extract＇s pH 4.1,the concentration of liquid samples 1.0mg·mL-1,the sampling velocity 1.5mL·min-1 with 2.4 times the volume of the column bed,50% ethanol elution with flow rate 1.5mL·min-1.
