摘要
针对一次苯胺装置重大火灾爆炸事故发生经过,分析了其多米诺效应发生的机理,找出了事故扩大的升级因素,计算了相应的多米诺效应破坏概率,并提出了预防事故多米诺效应的安全对策和相应的措施。
Most materials used in chemical units and products are flammable or explosive, and most of the major fire and explosion accidents in chemical enterprise are caused by the secondary accidents, which is called "domino effect". Based on the occurrence process of the fire and explosion accident of certain aniline equipment, this paper analyzes the occurrence mechanics of its domino effect, finds out the escalation vec- tors, calculates the relevant destruction probability of domino effect, and proposes the safety countermeasures for preventing the domino effect of the accident.
