摘要
初步探讨了聚氨酯发泡过程中搅拌速率、物料温度、成核剂等3个工艺参数对气泡成核过程的影响。结果表明,随着搅拌速率的提高,体系中气泡核的数量明显增加,最终的泡孔变小;而随着原料温度的增加,体系中的气泡核数量仅略有增加,但气泡核出现的时间提前;体系中添加成核剂可以明显增加气泡核的数量。
The effect of process parameters on foaming nucleation of polyurathane rigid foam (PURF) were discussed, including shear force, temperature and nucleation agent. The results showed that increasing stirring speed improved the number of the nuclei and decreased the cell size, increasing temperature had a little impact on the number of the nuclei but shorten the nucleus appearing time, adding nucleation agent could improve the number of the nuclei greatly.
