摘要
通过降低TDI指数的方法 ,全水发泡 ,制备了低密度超柔软聚氨酯泡沫 ,制得的密度为 17~ 19kg/m3 的泡沫 ,2 5 %压陷硬度小于 5 0N。对泡沫制备过程的各种影响因素及影响泡沫性能的因素进行了详细的讨论。
By the way of reducing the TDI index, the all-water-blown low-density super soft flexible polyurethane foam was prepared. The 25% indentation force deflection (ILD) of the foam with density 17~19 kg/m 3 is less than 50 N. The effects of some factors on the foam preparation process and the performance of foams are discussed.
