摘要
我国现在已经进入老龄化阶段,养老问题是当前亟待解决的重点问题,而"倒按揭"养老模式已经在国外被证明是一种成熟的融资途径及有效的养老方式,对于这种倒按揭模式,在我国实行还有很多障碍,但是其发展前景还是可行的。文中从住房倒按揭的内涵及国内外倒按揭贷款模式出发,论述了目前我国住房倒按揭贷款的背景,并对住房倒按揭在我国的应用前景进行了分析。
The pension problem is the main question which is need to solve currently as our country entered the aging stage, and the ＂mortgage back＂ Endowment model which has been proved in foreign countries is a sophisticated and effective ways of financing the pension, In our country there are a lot of obstacles for this model＇ s development, but its prospects for development is feasible. This paper introduces the connotation and models of mortgage loans home and abroad, discussed the context of China＇s ＂mortgage back＂ loans currently, and analyzes the prospects of ＂mortgage back＂ loans in China.
