Continuing education for in - service nursing staff is a very effective way to enhance their professional theory and technology level. Especially at present, the information technology level is progressing by leaps and bounds, and the information technology education for them was more urgent day by day. This article summarized the continuing education for inservice nursing staffs and how to improve their information technology level.
