摘要
[目的]观察康复新液治疗Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期压疮的临床效果。[方法]将60例Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期压疮病人随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组用康复新液换药,对照组用碘伏涂擦。[结果]观察组治愈19例,好转10例,疮面愈合时间为14.40d±11.73d;对照组治愈13例,好转10例,疮面愈合时间为20.47d±14.77d,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]用康复新液治疗Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期压疮病人疗效显著,如肉芽生长快、结痂早、疗程短,在溃疡期压疮病人中可优先选用。
Obiective：To observe the clinical effect of Kangtuxin solution to treat patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage pressure sore. Methods： A total of 60 patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage pressure sore were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients of observation group were treated with dressings with Kangfuxin solution. Patients of control group were applied with iodophors. Results： Totally, 19 eases have healed and 10 cases have got better in observation group. And the wound surface healing time was 14.40 d±11.73 d. In control group, 13 cases have healed and 10 cases have got better. And wound surface healing time was 20.47 d± 14. 77 d. There were statistical significant differences in above mentioned indexes （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of dressings with Kangfuxin solution is remarkable for patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage pressure sore, including quicker granulation growth, earlier surface deposition, and shorter time of therapy. Kangfuxin solution is superior to conventional treatment for Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage of pressure sore patients.
