摘要
以龟足的胚胎为材料，用空气干燥法制备染色体分裂相，并对染色体核型进行分析,结果显示：龟足的染色体数目为2n=32，核型为8m＋6sm＋2St．龟足染色体实际长度CL为0．85～2．47μm，染色体总长度为46．92μm．整个核型染色体长度依次减小，邻对染色体之间相差不明显，无异形性染色体出现。
The karyotype for Pollicipes mitella is studied with its embryos by means of hot-dropping method. The diploid chromosome number of Pollicipes misella is 2 n = 32 and the karyotype will be described by 8m＋6sm＋2st. The length of diploid metaphase chromosome（CL） is from 0.85 to 2.47 μm. The sex chromosome is not found.
