Survivin gene and RNA interference in pathologic scar tissues

摘要 Survivin是新近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白,在细胞凋亡、增生、细胞周期的调控以及与血管的形成中起重要的作用,在正常组织中不表达而在病理性瘢痕组织中高表达。RNA干扰(RNAi)可特异性地结合癌基因的mRNA,干扰其翻译、转录形成蛋白质的功能。针对Survivin这些特性,应用新的基因治疗技术-RNA干扰技术降低Survivin的表达可对瘢痕组织的凋亡和增生产生影响,应用RNA干扰技术,针对Survivin靶位降低其表达有望成为今后病理性瘢痕基因治疗的方向。 Survivin is a newly discovered inhibitor of apoptesis protein and does not express in normal tissues but highly in pathologic scars, playing important roles in the regulation of apoptosis, proliferation, cell cycles and form of vascdlum. RNA interference can integrate messenger RNA of oncogene specifically and interfere messenger RNA with translating and transcribing to protein. The new gene treatment technique-RNA interference can influence the apoptosis and proliferation of scar tissue with degrading the express of survivin gene. RNA interference technique aiming target site of survivin gene can be the trend of gene therapy of pathologic scars.
