摘要
城乡教师交流作为国家均衡教育资源的一项重要措施,在实施过程中出现了有悖国家初衷的做法,本文试图在揭示其现状的基础上寻求对策,以期这一制度更好地促进教育公平的发展。
Teachers, exchange between urban and district is a very much important policy to balance education resources in china . But at present , this policy goes against the original intention of the state. This article proposes some suggestions or ways to promote the development of education equity on the basis of revealing the present situation.
