摘要
目的:探讨高光功率光子治疗与普通烤灯治疗压疮的效果。方法:将56例压疮患者随机分为两组,(1)观察组(高光功率的光子治疗仪联合康复新液):康复新液均匀外喷于创面,5 min后用光子治疗仪照射局部创面,照射距离为8~10cm,照射时间20 min, 2次/日,照射后暴露创面,避免受压,7 d为1疗程。(2)对照组(普通烤灯联合康复新液组):涂康复新液,烤灯烤患处,距离以患处温热而无烧灼感为度,照射时间为20min,2次/日,灯烤后暴露创面,避免受压,7 d为1疗程。结果:观察组治愈23例,显效及无效5例,治愈率82.1%,显效率96.6%;对照组治愈11例,显效及无效17例,治愈率39.3%,显效率64.3%;经统计学处理有显著性差异(P=0.048<0.05)。结论:光子治疗仪联合康复新液治疗能加速创面愈合,减少感染机会,缩短住院时间。
Objective: To compare the high-efficiency photon device with traditional method in treating pressure sores. Methods: Fifty-six patients with pressure sores were randomized into the experimental group and control group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with the high-efficiency photon device in combination with Kangfuxin solution while those in the control with traditional method in combination with the solution. Results: In the experimental group, 23 patients were cured and 17 improved or not improved. The curative rate was 82.1%. In the control group, 11 patients were cured and 17 improved or not improved. The curative rate was 39.35. There was significant difference between the 2 groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The high-efficiency photon device in combination with Kangfuxin solution is effective in treating pressure sores.
