摘要 超声电机瞬态特性测试是实现其瞬态控制的基础。在超声电机的参数测试中引入虚拟现实技术,利用LabVIEW软件平台、高速数据采集卡和非接触式位移传感器等构建了一个针对直线型超声电机的瞬态测试系统。系统能够同时测量并绘制出超声电机运行过程中的位移、速度和加速度曲线,方便确定其响应时间,且具有实现简单、操作方便、易于扩展等特点。 The transient characteristic measurement of ultrasonic motor is the condition of its transient control. In this paper, virtual instrument technology was applied to the parameters test of the ultrasonic motor and a linear ultrasonic motor's transient parameters measurement system was established which based on LabVIEW. The test system was composed of computer, LabVIEW software, data acquisition card, non-contact displacement sensor, and so on. The displacement, velocity and acceleration of linear motor could be measure simultaneously by this system, and the transient response time could also be determined. At last, one linear ultrasonic motor were tested by the system, and the results showed that the test system was credibility and reliability. The test system based on LabVIEW has the characteristics of simple to realize, easy to operate and extend, etc.
