摘要
Determination of dimethyl fumarate in clay desiccant was developed by gas chromatography with MS detector.DB-5ms capillary column was applied and the selected monitoring ions(m/z)was 113 and 85.The ground desiccant was extracted by ultrasound enhanced acetic ether extraction.The quantitative test limit was 3 mg/kg.The recoveries were between 86.5% and 93.7%,and the Relative Standard Deviations were between 5.1 and 9.2%.The results presented that the method was simple,accurate and reliable for the test of dimethyl fumarate in clay desiccant.
