摘要
比较几种不同的催化剂的催化效率、安全性及经济性等因素,选用硫酸氢钠做催化剂。并用氧化钙做吸水剂,催化富马酸和甲醇合成防霉剂富马酸二甲酯,氧化钙较好的解决了甲酯化反应脱水的问题。该法具有反应时间短,操作方便,产品纯度高等优点。对其合成条件进行优化:当酸醇摩尔比为1∶10,催化剂添加量为富马酸质量的15%,反应温度75℃,搅拌速度136r/min,回流5h,所得酯产率达到74.9%,所得产品用紫外扫描、红外光谱及高效液相色谱进行分析鉴定。
Comparing the catalytic activity, factors of safety and economy, sodium bisulfate was employed as the catalyst in the condensation reaction of fumaric acid and methanol. Using calcium oxide as the desiccant, was an effective method of removing water for the methanol esterification.The route is featured by simple operation,short reaction time, high product purity and so on.
