穴位注射对糖尿病大鼠高脂血症血清NO SOD影响的实验研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的:观察穴位注射法对糖尿病高血脂大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响,探讨针灸治疗糖尿病的优良方法。方法:将60只SD大鼠适应性喂养1周,随机分出空白组12只,余者高糖高脂喂养4周,按单因素随机配伍的方法分为模型组、针刺组、穴位注射组、穴位注射干预组,每组12只。链脲佐菌素(STZ)35mg/kg腹腔注射,复制糖尿病大鼠动物模型。以53只实验大鼠TC、TG、FFA、SOD、NO为观察指标,采用穴位注射干预治疗作对比观察。结果:治疗前穴位注射干预组降低空腹血糖与模型及各组间比较P<0.05。治疗后各组血糖、血脂、FFA、NO、SOD与模型组比较P<0.01~<0.05有显著性差异,并且穴位注射干预组降低TC、血糖较针刺组有显著性差异P<0.05。结论:治疗各组对降糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、血脂,调节脂质氧化代谢,提高抗氧化能力均有良好效果,特别是穴位注射干预组疗效尤为显著。 Objective : To observe point injection method of diabetes rats with high blood lipid levels of total cholesterol ( TC), triglyceride (TG), free fatty acid ( FFA), nitric oxide ( NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels, exploring Acupuncture treatment of diabetes the fine method. Methods :To 60 SD rats feeding adaptation week, the separation of the blank group were 12 ,more than those surrounding the high -sugar high -fat feeding,by single -factor random combination of methods is divided into model group, acupuncture group, aeupoint injection group, point injection intervention groups of 12. Streptozotocin (STZ) 35mg/kg by intraperitoneal injection, replication animal model of diabetic rats. 53 rats in TC ,TG ,FFA,SOD,NO was observed,the use of point injection therapy for intervention in contrast to observation. Results : The treatment of each group of diabetic rats reduced fasting blood glucose with the model and inter - group comparison P 〈0.05. Each group after treatment blood glucose,blood lipids ,FFA,NO,SOD compared with the model group P 〈 0.01 - P 〈 0.05 significant difference between intervention group and acupoint injection reduced TC, blood glucose than the acupuncture group were significantly different P 〈 0.05. Conclusion : The treatment of each group of diabetic rats reduced fasting blood glucose,blood lipids ,lipid regulation of oxidative metabolism,enhance antioxidant capacity have good results, especially the effect of aeupoint injection intervention group is particularly notable.
