摘要
现在全球已有近1/4人口被心血管及相关疾病所威胁,有1/5人口死于心血管及相关疾病。可见心血管疾病造成了相当大的劳动力损失和经济损失。心血管疾病经济负担研究就是对心血管疾病所造成的损失的全面估算和评价。该文主要对疾病经济负担的评价方法和国内外对脑卒中、高血压和冠心病等疾病经济负担的研究现状进行了综述,并对目前心血管疾病经济负担研究中存在的问题和建议进行了探讨。
Nowadays nearly a quarter of the world populations are threatened by cardiovascular and related diseases, and at the ends of their life, one-fifth of the populations die from cardiovascular and related diseases. Cardiovascular diseases （CVD） have caused large labor and economic losses. Economic burden of CVD research is designed to estimate and evaluate these losses. In this paper, the assessment methods of economic burden of the disease was introduced; both domestic and international researches related to economic burden of stroke, hypertension and coronary heart disease were presented, and the problems and recommendations related to CVD economic burden researches were discussed.
