摘要
本文介绍了基于传热学的冷水机组中冷凝器污垢热阻在线检测方法模型的建立及该方法的不确定度分析原理,并对某大楼冷水机组冷凝器清洗前后的测试进行了不确定度评定。结果表明各温度测量值和流量测量值不确定度均在允许范围内,可知在该检测仪器条件下,测得的污垢热阻是可靠的。
In this paper, based on the heat transfer theory, an on-line measurement model for monitoring the fouling resistance of condenser was established, and principles of this measurement method were presented. With this method, the uncertainty evaluation for a condenser before and after cleaning was carried out. The results showed that the uncertainties of all temperatures and flowrates were within the allowable ranges, therefore, it was known that the measured fouling resistance was credible under the monitoring conditions.
