摘要
目的:介绍多部门合作的火灾应急预案在手术室的应用。方法:通过对手术室火灾相关部门人员的培训,建立部门火灾现场应急指挥小组,使工作人员明确手术室内的消防设施和不同时间段发生火灾时各自的职责,并在火灾发生后遵循R.A.C.E原则进行救援。结果:手术室根据自身的特殊性,对所制定的多部门合作的火灾应急预案进行了多次实地演习,效果较为满意。结论:多部门合作火灾应急预案保证火灾发生后的救援工作有据可依,可为其他医院手术室制定火灾应急预案起参考和指导作用。
Objective： The study aimed to introduce the applications of multi-department contingency plan for fire in operating room of our hospital. Methods： In order to set up the on-site emergency command group for fire, the staffs from the fire department personnel of operating room were provided some job-related training. The training made the staffs to know the fire-fighting facilities of the operating room and the respective responsibilities of the fire in different time periods, as well as the following principles of R.A.C.E after the fire. Results： A number of field exercises were conducted by the contingency plans for fire of multi-department collaboration, which were according to the specificity of operating room in our hospital. The outcomes of the exercises were satisfying. Conclusion： The multi-department contingency plan for fire provided the basis for the rescue work after the fire broke out, and offered some references and guides for other hospitals to develop contingency plans for fire in operating room.
