摘要
[目的]探讨将柯氏评估模型引入到手术室应急预案培训评估体系构建的具体实施方法,了解运用该种评估体系后带来的实际效益和效果。[方法]以柯氏评估模型为指导,从反应层、学习层、行为层与成果层层面分别运用问卷调查法、访谈法、笔试、情景模拟法、跟踪访谈、自评问卷等依次对培训效果进行相关评估。[结果]反应层评估手术室护士对此次培训的满意率大部分达到了90%及以上,且不同职称及学历的受训人员间满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);学习层评估受训人员笔试及实践技能平均成绩分别为(88.12±5.41)分、(84.66±4.12)分,一次性通过率分别为98.6%及88.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);行为层评估掌握较差的主要是大型事件的应对。[结论]应用柯氏评估模型对手术室应急预案的培训效果进行评估,有利于全方位考察培训效果,规范了评估方法,加强了手术室受训人员的安全护理意识,规范了护理行为,提高了对差错的防范能力,保障了病人的安全,应急预案培训质量得到了提高。
Objective:To probe into the specific implementation methods about Kirkpatrick evaluation model in-troduced to the construction of operating room contingency plan training evaluation system,to know about the practical benefits and effects after applying the evaluation system.Methods:Kirkpatrick evaluation model was taken as a guide,from four levels including the reaction layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer,re-spectively using questionnaire survey method,interviews,examinations,the scene simulation method,follow up interviews,self rating questionnaire in turn to evaluate the training effectiveness.Results:In reaction layer evalu-ation,the satisfaction rate of nurses in operating room to the training has reached 90% and above,and the degree of satisfaction among different titles and educational background of trainee had no difference (P > 0.05 );in learning layer assessment,the average scores of trained staff’s written examination and practical skills were 88.12±5.41 and 84.66±4.12 respectively,and disposable pass rates were 98.6% and 88.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);in behavior layer assessment,mastering of large events coping was poor.Conclusion:To apply Kirkpatrick evaluation model for assessing training effect of contingency plan for surgery is conducive to the full range of examining the training effect;it has standardized the assessment method,strengthened the safe-ty nursing consciousness of operation room trained personnel,standardized nursing behavior,improved the pre-vention ability of error,ensured the safety of patients and improved the contingency plan training quality.
