摘要
为解决综合交通运输中由于异构化所带来的信息交互困难,提出了综合交通跨平台信息发布系统。应用SVG跨平台技术原理和视频转码系统机理,提出了基于B/S的可伸缩SVG路况地图Web浏览界面,与基于C/S的ViewBox视窗结合的电子地图模式,以及基于H.264转码监控图像和相关数据的技术实现。其兼容已有监控设备,满足多模式货运信息发布地域广、实时性高要求,且传输带宽省,图像质量高,跨平台实现方便,鲁棒性好。
To meet the difficult of information interactivity in integrated transport system, the cross-platform of Information Distribution System in integrated transportation is investigated. SVG cross-platform technology principles and video trans-coding system, combine with regional and real-time characteristics of ITS,a technical solutions based on the Web browser interface of the scalable SVG map based on B/S mode associate with the ViewBox window based on C/S mode, called H. 264 trans-coded surveillance images and data is proposed. It is compatible with existing monitoring system while meeting the requirement of real-time transmission around wide area,and brings high-quality images with less transmissible bandwidth, and can also be implemented easily with good robustness.
