摘要
本文提出了基于路况图像模式识别预警网络的系统框架,给出了硬件平台,描绘了软件设计主体思想。分析了监控隐患对象并就此拿出处理方案,接而描述了关键算法及其原理,包括视角归一化、运动检测、运动物体跟踪、车辆行人检测等,从而在以太路段接入网上有机融合了全程联网监控的预警网络业务,将高速公路的智能化监控提上了新的高度。
It brings forward a framework of forecasting net based on pattern recognizing of express-way road surface monitor video,presents the hardware platform,describes the main idea of software design,and gives out the blue print of dealing with the hidden trouble objects.Then it describes the key arithmetic,including unifying angle of view,moving detection,tracking moving objects,car and human detection and so on.In this way it brings the intelligent express-way monitor system on a new stage,based on uniting whole-way forecasting service with express-way access Ethernet.
