温石棉和石英引起肺组织细胞因子表达的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究温石棉和石英对肺组织细胞因子表达的影响。方法用免疫组织化学法观察了温石棉和石英染尘后两个月内大鼠肺组织PDGF-B、TGF-β1、TNF-α表达水平的变化。结果石棉和石英均可引起这三种细胞因子的表达增加,但石棉诱导的细胞因子表达比石英更强、更持久。结论细胞因子,尤其是TGF-β1的过度表达可能在石棉的致肿瘤过程中起一定作用。 Objective To further define the effects of chrysotile and silica on pulmonary tissue cytokine expression.Methods 3 groups of male Wistar rats were intratracheally instilled with 1 ml saline,Mang Ai chrysotile suspension(10 mg/ml),or silica suspension(10 mg/ml) per rat,respectively.Rats were sacrificed 10,30 and 60 days after adminstration,immunohistochemistry were used to show peptides of platelet derived growth factor B(PDGF B),transforming growth factor β(TGF β),and lung histopathology was observed as well.[WT5”HZ〗Results Immunohistochemistry showed that peptides of PDGF B,TGF β1 and TNF α were highly expressed after chrysotile or silica adminstration.The increased expressions of the three cytokines in chrysotile group were stronger and persisted longer than in silica group.Conclusion Both chrysotile and silica may stimulate up regulated expression of these cytokines,especially the expression of TGF β1,which may relate with carcinogensis caused by chrysotile.
