摘要
中小企业在我国国民经济的发展过程中有着重要作用,为国家税收、国民就业做出了突出贡献。然而,基于历史和现实原因的影响和制约,中小企业纷纷陷入困境,经营举步维艰。本文对导致中小企业陷入困境的因素进行了深入的分析和探讨,并提出了相应的治理措施。
The mid sized enterprises play an important role in the developing of China＇s GDP and contribrute a lot to revenue ＆ obtaining a occupation. However, due to the offects and restriction based on historical and present reasons, the mid - sized enterprises get into difficult situation one after the other and run whit hardship. This paper discussed the elements which make the mid -sized enterprises get into difficulty and proposed some renovate countermeasure.
