摘要
采用PTFE-NF聚乙烯树脂高分子材料为滤材,设计研发NFGL-4型白酒设备综合处理成套设备,并在前端加上水质处理系统和白酒初处滤系统,彻底解决了白酒变温返浊的难题。利用该设备处理的酒体,符合国家的相关标准,而且对酒质无改变、数量无损耗、防爆节能,提高了白酒的产量和品质,降低了操作成本。获得了更高的社会效益和经济效益。
An integrated equipment NFGL-4 for liquor treatment was designed and produced using PTFE-NF polyethylene as filter, which combined a water treatment systems and pre-filtration system and completely solved the problems of liquor turbidity resulted from temperature changes. The liquor body produced by the equipment satisfied related national standards. The equipment could maintain liquir weight, prevent explosion, save engery and cost, and improve the yield and quliaty of the liquor which could provide beneficial social and economic effects.
