摘要
研究了猪胰岛在糖尿病大鼠脑室、胸腺、肾包膜下、门静脉等具有“免疫学特惠”的部位异种移植的效果。结果显示,在不使用免疫抑制剂的情况下,猪胰岛在这四个部位均能纠正大鼠的高血糖状态,并能维持正常血糖一段时间,其中脑室组的移植物平均功能存活时间较胸腺组、肾包膜下组、门静脉组明显延长(P<0.05)。同时还发现门静脉内移植后,血糖下降、上升曲线最陡,脑室组血糖下降最晚而上升曲线则较平缓。结果认为,这些“免疫特惠部位”均是相对、不完全的,从免疫学角度看脑室是更适宜的猪胰岛移植部位;
The efficacy of xenotransplantation of porcine pancreatic islets to different 'immunologic privileged sites' in rats, such as ventricle of cerebrum (VC), thymus (TH), under renal capsule (URC), and portal vein (PV) was investigated. The results demonstrated that porcine pancreatic islets transplanted into the four sites could control the hyperglycemic state in the rats and maintain normal blood glucose concentration for a period of time without using any immunosuppressant. The average functional survival of xenografts in VC group was longer than the other three groups (TH, URC, and PV), with the difference being significant ( P < 0.05 ), but there was no significant difference among the other three groups ( P > 0.05 ). It was also observed that the curves of blood glucose declination and elevation in PV group were the steepest, while the blood glucose level in CV group declined relatively late, and increased smoothly and slowly. It is suggested that all of these 'immunologic privileged sites' are relative. With the view of immunology, ventricle of cerebrum is a more appropriate site for xenotransplantation of porcine pancreatic islets. In terms of normal physiological function, portal vein is the site where porcine islets can play its role fastest.
