摘要
从图书馆人本管理的概念及内涵出发,阐述了实施人本管理的重要性,探讨了图书馆实施人本管理的策略,提出了在实施过程中应注意的问题。
Starting from the concepts and the connotations of library’s humanistic management,this paper expounds the importance of implementing the humanistic management,discusses the strategies for implementing the humanistic management by the library,and advances several problems needing attention in the implementation of the humanistic management.
